London, February 13, 2015 — Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced that Mr. Timi Balogun has joined the international law firm as counsel in its infrastructure development group. He will be based in the firm's London office.
Mr. Balogun who had been General Counsel of the Infrastructure Bank Plc (formerly the Urban Development Bank of Nigeria Plc) in Abuja focuses his practice on project finance and infrastructure development in Africa.
He provides the firm valuable experience in the areas of transportation infrastructure, mass housing and district development, power and renewable energy projects, solid waste management, municipal common services and water provision. Mr. Balogun has also advised on development loans, project finance advisory and arranging, proprietary equity, fund management, capacity building and technical assistance,
Timi Balogun gained his L.L.M at the University of Lagos in Nigeria. He has a L.L.B. from the University of Ife from Ile-Lfe in Nigeria.
