Karsten Rahm is an experienced litigation attorney and Rechtsanwalt with approximately ten years of professional experience in representing national and international businesses before both state courts and arbitration tribunals in Germany.
Notable for his breadth of commercial litigation and arbitration experience, Mr. Rahm has represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including real estate, international trade, banking, insolvency, general commercial and corporate law.
Mr. Rahm has worked with clients in a variety of industries including airplane, ship and automobile manufacturing, healthcare, construction, media, banking and hospitality.
In addition to his disputes practice, Mr. Rahm has assisted many UK and other international companies in establishing a German corporate presence as part of their commercial strategy in preparing for Brexit. This has included drafting contracts, contractual statements, general terms and conditions (AGB) and other comparable documentation.
Before joining Curtis, Karsten Rahm worked for several international firms in Frankfurt.
