Kaitlyn Devenyns is a litigation associate in the New York office. She has a diverse background in white collar defense and investigations, securities litigation, and cosmetic litigation which makes her a valuable asset to clients across a wide variety of industries.
Ms. Devenyns' experience includes defending individuals and corporations in white collar prosecutions, investigations, and complex commercial matters. As a former securities lawyer, she is well-versed in corporate governance and shareholder rights. She draws on this experience to advise and counsel her clients on best practices and procedures to mitigate risk. Ms. Devenyns’ legal experience also includes serving as outside counsel to a cosmetic company where she successfully defended this brand in product liability lawsuits and other legal matters.
Ms. Devenyns maintains an active pro bono practice which includes being a part of Curtis teams that prepare amicus briefs for cases before the United States Supreme Court.
