Marija Ozolins focuses her practice on investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration, with recent experience in an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration involving a South-East Asian government. She also has experience representing clients in commercial arbitrations and other disputes in the English common law courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
During law school, Ms. Ozolins clerked at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, and also worked with the Boston College Law School Ninth Circuit Appellate Project where she researched, briefed and argued a pro bono immigration case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
