The Private Equity World Latin America 2008 conference was held on June 4-6, 2008 at the Conrad Hotel in Miami, Florida. Lawrence Goodman, Partner (New York Office) spoke on a panel entitled, “Investing in Family-Owned Businesses” on Thursday, June 5, 2008. The panel discussed sharing control with investors, internal management and due diligence with family businesses.On the evening of June 4 the Firm hosted a cocktail reception at the Conrad Hotel.
