On September 21, 2012, Ben Preziosi, partner (New York) and Anna Kozmenko, associate (New York) participated in the ABA Section of International Law's annual conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Disputes that was held in Moscow and attracted over 270 participants from all over the world.
Ben Preziosi spoke on calculation of damages in international arbitration, including issues of assessment of country risk in discount rates and pre-award interest rates.
Anna Kozmenko served as a deputy co-chair of the conference.
