Charlotte Fromont is an associate in the International Arbitration group.
Ms. Fromont’s practice focuses on international investment and commercial arbitration, as well as public international law. Ms. Fromont has been involved in proceedings conducted under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the International Court of Arbitration (ICC). She has experience representing sovereign states in arbitration concerning the energy sector.
Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Fromont trained in international law firms and organisations in the Hague, London and Paris. Apart from PIL, investment and commercial arbitration she also has experience in international criminal law, and human rights. Ms. Fromont previously provided pro bono assistance in these fields, and continues to provide pro bono assistance in Paris in matters of immigration law and French law.
