New York, November 2, 2009 — On October 22, 2009, Chief Judge Stuart M. Bernstein of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York granted recognition under Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code to the Canadian insolvency proceeding of The Tall Girl Shops Ltd. Chief Judge Bernstein also recognized Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP client A. Farber & Partners Inc. in its capacity as proposal trustee and interim receiver to the debtor.
