Joseph Muschitiello

Mr. Muschitiello focuses his practice on representing sovereign states and private-sector clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters. Mr. Muschitiello is also active in Curtis’ pro bono practice. As part of his practice, he drafts legal memoranda and motions, as well as prepares and attends depositions and status conferences across cases in several commercial sectors.

During law school, Mr. Muschitiello completed internships at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division. Mr. Muschitiello was Associate Managing editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
