New York Partner Eduardo A. Cukier Co-Chairs Panel at the ABA-IBA-IFA 10th Annual U.S.-Latin America Tax Planning Strategies Conference in Miami

Eduardo Cukier, tax partner in the New York office, co-chaired a panel of 6 leading tax advisors from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, in a panel exploring “Recent Tax Developments in Latin American Jurisdictions” at the 10th Annual U.S.-Latin America Tax Planning Strategies Conference. The panel addressed recent trends in tax reforms enacted in various Latin American jurisdictions, including the implementation of BEPS and Tax Amnesty Programs, as well as developments in Tax Litigation and Income Tax Treaties. The Conference, held June 14 – 16 in Miami, was jointly organized by the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association and the Tax Executives Institute, and was attended by leading tax advisors from around the globe.
