Andreas Habig is a counsel in the firm’s tax group.
Mr. Habig provides tax advice to clients from all industries on domestic and international tax law. Mr. Habig focuses on domestic and international real estate and M&A transactions, including the structuring of the purchase or sale, as well as the tax due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of agreements. Mr. Habig also advises on tax implications in reorganizations and restructurings.
Mr. Habig spent more than seven years working for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt before joining Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. In addition to his qualification as a lawyer, Mr. Habig is also admitted as a certified tax advisor.
