Olga Beloded advises domestic and foreign corporations and high net worth individuals on tax aspects arising in connection with cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and public and private securities offerings. She also regularly advises governments and state owned entities on international tax issues in investor-state arbitration proceedings and other international disputes, particularly in the area of oil and gas.
Ms. Beloded advises U.S. and foreign multinationals, as well as international families, on tax issues arising in connection with cross-border transactions and internal tax planning matters, including foreign tax credits, Subpart F, global intangible low tax income, passive foreign investment company rules, as well as treaty planning. She has extensive experience in tax-efficient charitable giving, including U.S. “friends of" organizations. Ms. Beloded also represents clients in tax controversy matters before Internal Revenue Service (IRS) appeals.
