Antonio Prida writes on Ethics in Mediation in ICC Mexico's March Business Bulletin

México City-based partner Antonio Prida, who serves as President of the Mediation Committee of ICC México, has published an article entitled “La ética en la Mediación” in ICC México’s March Business Bulletin. The article discusses the qualifications and qualities required of mediators, which include a knowledge of general principles of law, objectivity, equity and justice before analyzing the Code of Ethics for Mediators of the Mexican Mediation Institute.
