Associate James McGlaughlin contributes to The Palgrave Handbook of Arbitration in the African Energy and Mining Sectors

In his chapter to The Palgrave Handbook of Arbitration in the African Energy and Mining Sectors, Mr. McGlaughlin considers the potential impact of multilateral investment treaties in resolving investment disputes in the African energy and mining sectors, drawing upon lessons to be learned (or unlearned!) from the multilateral investment treaty-making and -modernising experience with the Energy Charter Treaty.
