Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at International Law Institute Conference

On April 24, 2014, Claudia Frutos-Peterson (Partner, DC) spoke at a conference on Interim Measures in International Arbitration organized by the International Law Institute (“ILI”) in Washington, DC. The topic of her presentation was “Provisional measures and the notion of irreparable harm: the Cemex Case.” Mr. Yu Jianlong, Secretary General CIETAC, and Ms. Chiann Bao, Secretary General of HKIAC, were among the speakers.
