Curtis Counsel Michael S. Schwartz Co-Authors Article on International Estate Planning

Trusts and Estates counsel Michael S. Schwartz co-authored the article “International Estate Planning for the Domestic Lawyer” which appeared in the April issue of Estate Planning magazine.

The article reviews answers to some of the key questions that practitioners should ask when encountering estate planning issues that reach beyond U.S. borders. Tax associate Sarah E. Ryan was also acknowledged for her contributions to the article.
