Charlie Howland and Susan Maples Collaborate with Green Hydrogen Organisation to Develop Best Practices Guidance for Contracting in the Green Hydrogen Sector

Curtis Partner and Environmental Chair Charlie Howland and Counsel Susan Maples are part of a team drawn from several national governments, law firms, companies and civil society groups that were invited by the Green Hydrogen Organisation (GH2) to form the Good Green Hydrogen Contracting Working Group. The Working Group is charged with developing best practices and guidance for ensuring that the development of green hydrogen projects is fast but fair to all stakeholders, especially in developing countries.

The guidance will be launched at the Green Hydrogen Global Assembly and Exhibition taking place in Barcelona on May 17-18, 2022 and will cover topics such as community engagement, sustainable infrastructure development and use, fiscal terms and project financing.
