Curtis hosted a reception on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in the DC office for a group of Italian Fordham University Law School alumni and guests. The lawyers were participants in a week-long program focused on US legal developments arranged by the Amerigo Association. Speakers from the program also attended the event.
Italy-based partners Sergio Esposito Farber and Dino Dima and New York based partner Carl Ruggiero hosted the reception. They were joined by some of Italy’s leading lawyers, including both General Counsels and senior partners from a number of Italian and International law firms. Several Curtis partners from the DC office were also in attendance.
DC managing partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson also spoke on International Arbitration as part of the program.
The Fordham Amerigo program is an annual one-week program jointly promoted by Fordham University’s School of Law and the Amerigo Association. The Amerigo Association organizes networking events for alumni of International Cultural Exchange Programs, which are promoted by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the State Department.
