Lyonnet was appointed by the ICC Commission of Arbitration as co-chair of a task force on: 'National rules of procedure for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards pursuant to the New York Convention of 1958,' an important initiative meant to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the New York Convention.
