Curtis' Washington, DC Office hosts DC Women in International Arbitration Event

Curtis’ Washington, D.C. office hosted DC Women in International Arbitration’s summer event on June 14, 2017, entitled “International Administrative Tribunals: Strange Animals or Hot Trends?” and featuring Giuliana Canè, Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB’s) Administrative Tribunal.

Approximately 50 participants including ICSID representatives, local attorneys and foreign lawyers attended to hear Ms. Canè present an overview of the IDB Administrative Tribunal and discuss the similarities and differences between the Tribunal’s work and arbitration.
