Geoffroy Lyonnet was a speaker at the ICC Arbitration Commission in Dubai on October 29th. Mr. Lyonnet reported on the work of the ICC Task Force on National Rules of Procedure for Recognition and Enforcement of New York Convention Awards. The Task Force, which Mr. Lyonnet co-chairs, has published a highly acclaimed Guide to national rules of procedure for recognition and enforcement under the New York Convention in 66 Contracting States. This Guide is available both in hard copy and for free online on the ICC Dispute Resolution Library Website.
The Task Force is currently in the process of up-dating and expanding the Guide, with a view to publishing a second edition in mid 2012.
