International Counsel Claudia Frutos-Peterson Speaks at the Fourth International Arbitration Congress of ICC Costa Rica

International counsel Claudia Frutos-Peterson spoke at the IV Congreso de Arbitraje Internacional in San Jose, Costa Rica on February 18 and 19, 2013. The conference is organized by the ICC Costa Rica and is devoted to the analysis of the main differences between international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration from the arbitrator's point of view and the practical consequences of the confluence of both systems. Ms. Frutos-Peterson is participating in a panel entitled 'Arbitraje de inversión. Sus diferencias básicas con el arbitraje comercial internacional, interacción de ambos tipos de arbitraje.'
