Curtis M&A chair Lawrence Goodman will speak at The M&A Advisor's 2019 Global Corporate Growth Summit, taking place in New York City on June 5, 2019.
Mr. Goodman will participate in a panel discussion entitled, "Cross Border Investment - Trends in U.S. Private Capital Entering Foreign Markets." The panel will focus on topics including hte frequency of M&A deals with U.S. sponsors, jurisdictions that offer superior opportunities in key sectors, deal structures that U.S. players can capitalize on, and key sectors that will fuel M&A deals now and in the near future. Speakers will also explore key strategies and diligence and dealmaking best practices for offshore expansion, as well as discuss how to approach risk in foreign deals.
Mr. Goodman and his team will also receive the 2019 M&A Deal of the Year ($10mm-$25mm) Award for the Sale of See-Out and TrademarkVision to Clarivate Analytics at the 11th Annual International M&A Awards Gala, which will take place at the conclusion of the Summit.
