Paris and Geneva based tax partner Marco Blanco taught a three day course on international taxation, as part of an LLM program run by the Paris Sorbonne University in Dubai.

The course, which took place virtually over September 13-15, was attended by representatives and advisers to the Governments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and representatives of the private sector.

Mr. Blanco discussed principles of international taxation, treaties, tax reforms, BEPS and key OECD developments in international taxation.
