Maryann Gallagher to Speak at seventh Annual Restructuring & Turnaround Intelligence Forum

Restructuring and Insolvency counsel Maryann Gallagher will speak at the seventh Annual Restructuring and Turnaround Intelligence Forum in Chicago on June 23. She will participate in a panel, “BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS: Examining the American Bankruptcy Institute Commission Report on proposed changes to the Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.”

The invitation-only Forum includes corporate development and financial officers, distressed investors, valuation experts, and professionals, such as bankruptcy and restructuring lawyers, from the restructuring, performance improvement, insolvency and turnaround communities.

The Forum will be followed later that evening by the Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala, where Curtis will receive several awards for its work in recent restructuring matters.
