Michael S. Schwartz Article Featured by The Senior Lawyer

An article co-authored by Trusts and Estates associate Michael S. Schwartz was featured in the Fall 2014 issue of The Senior Lawyer, a publication of the Senior Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association. The article, “Lost Trusts in New York — The Case for Statutory Intervention,” was originally published in the Summer issue of the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section Newsletter. It was prepared in conjunction with the Estate and Trust Administration Committee of the NYSBA Trusts and Estates Law Section, of which Mr. Schwartz is an active member.
