Partner Antonia Birt to moderate a panel for the GAR Dubai Arbitration Week 2020

Partner Antonia Birt will moderate a panel titled "The rise and fall of jurisdictional challenges" during the GAR Dubai Arbitration Week. The panel discussion will take place on Wednesday 18^th November from 09:50-10:35 Gulf Standard Time.

The panel will consider if there is an increasing number of jurisdictional challenges, and whether that translates into more successful challenges. The panel will also address the following questions:

• Are the grounds for jurisdictional challenges changing?
• Strategically, are jurisdictional challenges a good idea?
• How and when can such challenges be successful?
