On March 10th from 8:00 am - 10:00 am CST, Antonio Prida, founding partner of Curtis' Mexico City office and President of the ICC Mediation Committee, will host a webinar to present the book “TODO Arbitraje y MASC (All arbitration and ADR)” a Liber Amicorum honoring one of the most renowned Mexican experts in arbitration and ADR - José Luis Siqueiros. The book includes articles from prestigious Mexican experts in ADR, including an article co-authored by Mr. Prida and associate Irene Cuéllar about the new opportunity the Mexican legislative power has to create a new law for commercial mediation in Mexico.
Mr. Prida will be joined by associate Irene Cuéllar Araiza, as well as Francisco Gonzalez de Cossío of González de Cossío Abogados and María de Jesus Ramírez Gómez of the Asociación Nacional de Mediación, S.C. as guest speakers.
This program is open to the public, and both the webinar and book are in Spanish.
