Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson spoke at the fourth International Arbitration Symposium

Partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson spoke at the fourth International Arbitration Symposium organized by the Lima Chambers of Commerce, Universidad del Pacifico and the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce on October 6, 2015 in Lima, Peru. Claudia participated in two roundtable discussions at the symposium.

Claudia spoke on the panel “the impact of the ICSID Convention of in Latin America.” Claudia’s second panel focused on “40 Years of the Panama Convention – its validity, application and future.” She was joined on the round table discussions by the General Director and the president of the IACAC along with other international practitioners in the field. Secretary General of ICSID, Meg Kinnear, delivered the keynote speech at the symposium.
