Partner Michael S. Schwartz Elected as an Officer of the Trusts & Estates Section of the NYSBA

Partner Michael S. Schwartz was elected as an officer of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association at the January 29, 2020 Annual Meeting. In that role, he will serve as Treasurer of the Trusts and Estates Section in 2020; Secretary in 2021; Vice-Chair in 2022 and Chair of the Trusts and Estates Section in 2023. The Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association is actively involved in New York’s trusts and estates community. Among other activities, they review and propose new legislation or modifications to existing State laws impacting estates and trusts.
