Refining (Downstream Production)

Partner William Candelaria participated in the Institute of the Americas' Mexican Oil and Gas Conference in Mexico City as a panelist on the downstream infrastructure development project in January 2008. He spoke on the topic of financing of downstream infrastructure and gasoline refinery investment opportunities for PEMEX, including joint ventures, off shore refining of Mexico's heavy crude, new field refinery development and alternative fuel options.
