Sebastiano Nessi speaks at Minsk online conference on Modern Trends and Challenges in International Arbitration

International Arbitration and Disputes partner Sebastiano Nessi participated as a speaker at the annual international online conference organised on 2 December 2022 by the Minsk International Arbitration Court "Chamber of Arbitrators", together with the Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers and the Minsk Regional Bar Association

Mr. Nessi gave a 30-min. presentation titled “Force majeure, hardship, necessity: addressing unforeseen events in a changing world”. More specifically, Mr. Nessi discussed how events such as COVID-19, military conflicts, and sanctions affect international commercial contracts and their performance.

Mr. Nessi was joined by international arbitration and litigation attorneys from India, China, Kazakhstan, Germany, Belarus, the UK and the Russian Federation.
