This program, which is in its twelfth year, is designed exclusively for government officials, and includes participants from all regions of the world.
Simon will speak on “Assessing and Mitigating ISDS Risk”, including the issues of damages and third-party funding, while Lise will address “Emerging Trends and Practices in Treaty Drafting” and the design of a “Multilateral Instrument to Implement Reforms”.
