Taimur Malik and Susan Maples Lead 5-day Workshop in Mozambique

November 13-17, 2017 - Partner Taimur Malik and Associate Susan Maples lead a 5-day workshop on project finance and international arbitration, with a special focus issues relating to oil, gas, mining and energy projects. The workshop is being held at the request of the Legal Directorate of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Administrative Court of the Republic of Mozambique. The workshop is supported by the intergovernmental G7 CONNEX Initiative to support developing countries in complex negotiations and by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (“GIZ”).
