The fine line between private equity and venture capital

Partner William Candelaria participated in a panel at the Latin Lawyer 4th annual Private Equity Conference, 'Representing Private Equity: How to Deliver and Generate Deal Value,' held in New York City on September 20, 2013. His panel, 'The fine line between private equity and venture capital' discussed the key differences with private equity, the key differences with family offices, available capital structures, and the evolution of the regional entrepreneurs. His panel discussion also included leading lawyers from Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
