Carlo Maria Tealdo

Mr. Tealdo advises Italian and international companies, financial institutions, investors and entrepreneurs on complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, strategic investments and commercial contracts, assisting clients from the structuring and negotiation phases through to completion and post-closing implementation.

Mr. Tealdo has developed particular industry experience in the energy sector, advising clients on renewable energy, conventional power, oil and gas, project finance and infrastructure investments. He also has extensive experience in the fashion and luxury industry, where he advises leading international brands on corporate, commercial, distribution, retail and strategic business matters. In addition, he regularly assists banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers in relation to financing transactions and strategic investments.
