Jan Krupski is a senior international finance attorney with a particular focus on acquisition finance, DCM, project finance, structured finance, asset finance, securitization, general banking law and investment funds. He is well-regarded for his breadth of experience in complex cross-border finance and capital markets transactions in these product areas.

Mr. Krupski has worked in private practice in Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Riyadh, London and Canada. He has also worked in-house for Canadian transportation giant Bombardier and holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg.

Admitted in Germany and Canada (Quebec), Mr. Krupski combines robust local and international cross-border experience. Within Europe and the Middle East, he has advised on a wide variety of transactional finance, capital markets, structured finance and financial regulatory issues (e.g. capital markets regulatory, covered bonds, clearing) and is one of a few cross-border lawyers to have advised in the area of aviation finance in Luxembourg. His sectoral experience encompasses banking and financial services, transportation, telecom, chemicals, manufacturing, natural resources and real estate.

Additionally, Mr. Krupski has extensive experience advising sovereigns and state-owned enterprises in various jurisdictions across practice areas, including in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
