Mr. Habib advises local and multinational corporations, government-related entities, financial institutions, founders and high-net worth individuals on a range of complex domestic and cross-border matters, including private equity transactions, joint ventures, mergers &s acquisitions, investments, bond issuances and drawdowns, initial public offerings, secondary public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.

Mr. Habib has extensive and broad sector knowledge and experience across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and cross border throughout the EMEA region with a particular focus on transactions in the FMCG, healthcare, education, manufacturing and oil & gas sectors.
