Sophia Briffa is an associate in the London office and focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial matters.
She has experience in regulatory compliance, company law and in conducting due diligence in relation to potential investments in corporate transactions. In addition, she has assisted on finance related documentation.
Ms. Briffa also has experience on commercial international and institutional arbitrations including International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) disputes. Her experience involves litigation in a number of areas, including commercial, construction, oil and gas, in the UK and overseas, with a particular focus on the Middle East.
