Teresa Massaro is an associate in the firm’s corporate group, advising companies of all levels in areas such as private equity and venture capital funds on corporate and commercial issues.

Her experience spans a range of issues including company formation and management, contracts, debt and equity financing, asset acquisition and investment agreements.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mrs. Massaro practiced in Italian and American law firms, developing significant experience in project development and financing for international companies and authorities, especially in the US and UAE markets.
