3rd Annual U.S.-Latin American Tax Planning Strategies Conference

Partner Eduardo Cukier will co-chair a panel on International Tax Aspects of Debt Restructurings and Workouts at the American Bar Association's 3rd Annual U.S.-Latin American Tax Planning Strategies Conference. The panel will include speakers from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Spain and the United States who will present two case studies analyzing tax considerations to the debtor (and its subsidiaries) and to creditors in the international context. The Conference will take place in Miami, May 19-21, 2010.
