The American Society of International Law (ASIL) has published the Proceedings of its 112^th Annual Meeting, including partner Simon Batifort’s remarks on a panel addressing “The Once and Future Law of Non-Discrimination: Revisiting Most Favored Nation and National Treatment,” which took place on April 5, 2018 in Washington D.C.
