Borzu Sabahi Speaks at Panel at Georgetown University Law Center

On October 14, 2014, Borzu Sabahi spoke on a panel at Georgetown University Law Center titled “Yukos Trilogy: The Largest Arbitral Award in History.” The panel covered issues relating to jurisdiction as well as merits and quantum of the case. The event was organized by the Georgetown International Arbitration Society and attended by students as well as practitioners and scholars.
