Chairman George Kahale Speaks at Association of International Petroleum Negotiators' Event in Houston, Texas, October 17, 2012

Chairman George Kahale spoke at the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators' US Chapter Luncheon. Mr. Kahale's talk, 'A Perspective on IOC/Host Country Relationship,' included his views on the contentious issue of upstream government petroleum contract renegotiations and the relationship between international oil companies and host countries.

The Association of International Petroleum Negotiators is an independent not-for-profit professional membership association founded in 1981 to enhance the professionalism of cross-border energy negotiators throughout the world.

The US Chapter Luncheon was held on October 17, 2012, at the Houston Club in Houston Texas.
