Charles Howland Publishes Article on Addressing Climate Change

The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Risk Management and Decision Processes Center recently published partner Charles Howland’s article, Addressing Climate Change At The Edge Of The Grid, as part of an interdisciplinary, University-wide effort in which researchers, professors, and lecturers such as Charlie were invited to discuss new U.S.-focused solutions for tackling various types of climate risks. The overall report, entitled Thirty Solutions to Climate Risks: Key Policy Proposals from Across the University of Pennsylvania, is being circulated to federal, state, and local policymakers, as well as climate policy researchers.
