Claudia Frutos-Peterson Moderates Panel at Center on International Commercial Arbitration Symposium

Washington, D.C. partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson moderated a panel at the Center on International Commercial Arbitration’s Symposium on Salient Issues in International Commercial Arbitration, hosted in conjunction with American University’s Washington College of Law on November 14, 2017 in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Frutos-Peterson’s panel, “Salient Issues in International Commercial Arbitration in the Americas,” updated the public on key trends and challenges concerning the practice of international commercial arbitration in the Americas, and within Peru, Brazil, and the United States in particular. Panelists included Fernando Cantuarias (Dean, Universidad del Pacifico); Rafael Cox Alomar (Assistant Professor of Law, David A. Clarke School of Law); Marcelo Ferro (Partner, Ferro, Castro Neves, Daltro & Gomide); and Mark Kantor (Independent Arbitrator).
