Claudia Frutos-Peterson speaks at Columbia University Law School's Executive Training on Investment Treaties and Arbitration for Government Officials

Washington, D.C. partner Claudia Frutos-Peterson spoke on the topic of “Motion Practice: Issues that arise during the briefing process”, at the Executive Training on Investment Treaties and Arbitration for Government Officials on August 9. This is the third year Ms. Frutos-Peterson has participated in the program, which takes place at Columbia University Law School and is organized by Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment.

The program is an intensive course providing instruction for governments around the world facing complex and pressing issues relating to their international investment treaties. The course is attended by government officials from approximately 20 countries from Europe, Asia, Australia and South Africa.
