Counsel Fernando Tupa will speak at the First International Congress on Energy Arbitration in Bolivia

Buenos Aires-based Counsel Fernando Tupa will speak at the First International Congress on Energy Arbitration organized by the Bolivian Chamber on Hydrocarbons and Energy (Cámara Boliviana de Hidrocarburos y Energía) and the Bolivian Arbitration Society, which will take place in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, on May 23 and 24, 2016. Fernando will participate on two panel discussions.

Fernando will speak first on "Appointing the right arbitrator for our case" as part of the event “Tips for and Effective Arbitration on Energy and Hydrocarbons” organized by ICDR Young & International. His second panel will be at the Congress itself and will focus on the "Applicable Law to Hydrocarbons and Energy Disputes." The congress will address arbitration, oil & gas and energy-related topics. This congress will be attended by international practitioners in the field of arbitration.
