Curtis assisted Autodoc in the opening of its Kazakh subsidiary

Curtis Italy assisted Autodoc SE, one of the leading online retailers of vehicle parts and accessories in Europe, in the opening of its Kazakh subsidiary.

Curtis team took care of all legal aspects, including corporate and labor agreements.

Autodoc acted with a team led by Maximilian von Schorlemer, Vice President and General Counsel, and included Elvira Ryzilo, Sviatoslav Belei and Svetlana Schiel.
