Curtis Attorneys Participate in the 12th Annual Juris Conference on Investment Treaty Arbitration

Three Curtis attorneys participated in this year’s Juris Conference on Investment Treaty Arbitration, an annual event in Washington, D.C., which took place on March 6, 2018. Hermann Ferré (Partner, New York and Dubai), was a panelist discussing the use of expert witness conferencing in arbitrations, and Matthew Morantz (Associate, New York) presented a paper on this topic, which was the basis for the panel’s discussions and will be published in the next edition of Investment Treaty Arbitration and International Law.

Articles and transcripts from last year’s Juris conference will be published in Volume 11 of Investment Treaty Arbitration and International Law, including contributions from Washington, D.C. partner Justin Jacinto, New York counsel Arianna Sánchez and New York associate Carlos Guzman.
